Alison began her career in debt recovery 30 years ago! She qualified as a paralegal 20 years ago.
Her experience includes working for Sheriff Officers for 8 years and then qualified as a Paralegal when she moved to a firm of Solicitors 20 years ago. She then went on to work for a very large Fuel/Oil Distribution company for 11 years, where she set up their own In-House Legal Team. She also managed over 65 staff within the Credit Control Team.
Managing a small but highly efficient team, Alison is thorough in her approach ensuring that she delivers the best results for her clients.
We are experienced in both Commercial & Consumer Debt
- Starting by negotiating settlement and payment plans
- Should payment not be forthcoming, then we will proceed with obtaining a Decree (Scotland) or a CCJ (England & Wales)
- We will then proceed with Bankruptcy/Sequestration or Liquidation
